He is known for his dominance in the 7-card games but it was the 4 card game of Omaha which won Lisandro his 5th bracelet and another stamp in history.

The Event was the WSOPE – Omaha – Event #2. The venue this time was the Empire Casino in London. The field started at 120 players all putting up £5,250.

Poker’s elite were in abundance as players like Barry Greenstein, Huck Seed, Andy Bloch, Michael Mizrachi, Howard Lederer, two Phil’s Ivey and Hellmuth are just a few who saw the rail before the final table.

In the end it was youngster Joe Serock (no not Sebock, son of Barry Greenstein), who battle it out with Lisandro for the bracelet.

Jeff was 3-1 dog going into heads up but slow grinding was the order of the day as he regained the chip lead and finally sent Serock packing in 2nd place.

Lisandro surely must now be considered in the absolute poker “SuperStar” elite.

Meanwhile is seems you see this guy all the time… Chris Bjorin Makes Three Consecutive WSOP Europe Final Tables and “July Niner” John Racener Finishes in Fifth Place.
